Hi, I'm Sophie

I just graduated from the University of Michigan, and I'm spending my gap years doing research before starting medical school. Every box helps with my applications.

Life moves fast, and it's easy to rush past the good parts. A Sweet Pause is my reminder, and hopefully yours, to slow down for a minute and enjoy something small and sweet.

I bake everything to order, and I specialize in brown butter cookies. My signature is brown butter chocolate chip, and I bake a new seasonal flavor as the year turns.
